Mini-Shakespeare

St. Joseph's Mini-Shakespeare is an annual adaptation of one of Shakespeare's comedies performed by the youth of St. Joseph's and neighboring parishes.

Mini-Shakespeare is called "Mini" for two reasons: First, Junior High and High School aged students are a major part of the cast. Casting takes place in the Spring and is not restricted to St. Joseph's parishioners. Performances take place in mid-Summer.

Second, the script is cut down for length and for content.

Open to children eight to eighteen. This year, the performance will be part of a fun camp experience. Auditions will take place in the St. Joseph's. Additional information can be found at http://www.minishakespeare.com/ or by contacting MiniShakes@stjosephrichmond.org.
